Terms and Conditions for Wild Style Photographic Safaris
PREAMBLE
Wild Style Photographic Safaris offers an enhanced photographic safari experience by taking professional photographs of wildlife, the locale and you whilst on safari and offering you guidance and to help improve your photographic skills.
By electing Wild Style Photographic Safaris to accompany you on your stay at your elected lodge you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions herein.
WILD STYLE PHOTOGRAPHIC SAFARIS RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE OF WORK
Wild Style Photographic Safaris will assign you a “mentor” who will accompany you on your safaris at your elected lodges.
Your mentor shall take professional photographs of you during your stay at your elected lodge and while on safari trips.
Your mentor shall take professional photographs of wildlife and you or party during your stay at your elective lodge and while on a safari trip. Your mentor will help guide you in improving your photographic knowledge and ability.
Your mentor will be available to assist you at agreed times during your stay at your selected lodge.
Your Mentors fee will be USD 220 Per / Photographer / Day
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You shall be responsible for finalizing your booking and all necessary aligned requirements with Wild Style Photographic Safaris, including, inter alia, accommodation, bookings, safaris, equipment, payments, etc.
You shall be responsible for the cost of your mentor’s stay at your elected lodge, including, accommodation, meals, your mentor’s transport to and from your elected lodge, etc.
You shall arrange the above directly with Wild Style Photographic Safaris and to be paid directly to Wild Style Photographic Safaris
You will be bound by the terms and conditions of your elected lodge and Wild Style Photographic Safaris.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Wild Style Photographic Safaris and its agents and its employees are not responsible for, inter alia, your accommodation, bookings, safaris, and equipment.
Wild Style Photographic Safaris, its agents and its employees shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused to any person or property during the photographic safari.
Wild Style Photographic Safaris, its agents and its employees shall not be held liable in the event that you suffer, injury or any other damages as a result of an act or omission whilst on safari.
BOOKING MODIFICATIONS
All booking modifications shall be governed by the terms and conditions of your elected lodge.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
All cancellations and refunds shall be governed by the terms and conditions of your elected lodge.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All photographs taken by you during the safari remain your intellectual property subject to the terms and conditions of your elected lodge; however, Wild Style Photographic Safaris reserves the right to use any photographs taken during the safari for promotional purposes, with due credit to you. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you consent to the use by Wild Style Photographic Safaris of photographs taken by you.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
